Pasta with hazelnuts “pesto”

Ingredients

– 200 gr of Piedmont roasted hazelnuts

– 60 g of milk

– 1 clove of garlic

– 60 gr Parmesan Cheese

– 50 gr butter

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– salt

– pepper

Preparation

First fill a pan with water, add salt and put on the heat.

When the water starts to boil, cook the pasta for the minutes indicated on the package. While the pasta is cooking we can prepare the pesto. It’s very fast and will be ready in a short time!

Using a blender, blend the hazelnuts, garlic and parmesan together until everything is finely chopped. Add the oil and milk, a pinch of pepper and mix everything well, forming a cream without lumps. Place the pesto in a bowl.

Once the pasta is cooked, take a couple of spoons of cooking water and add the pesto.

Drain the pasta and season it. Using a spoon, mix gently until all the pasta is seasoned well.

Serve the pasta with hot hazelnut pesto, and if you want you can also add some chopped hazelnuts as decoration.
