The Carrù Box is a gift box with typical Piedmontese products selected by us at Scoiattolo Rosso.
We wanted to create a tasting package to introduce you to some of the genuine goodness grown and processed in the local countryside, just like our Piedmont P.G.I. hazelnuts.

The tasting box contains six products: the red wine also locally called “duset” (the dolcetto) Dogliani DOCG, a Piedmontese salami, egg noodles, souce jar , carrucese saffron, our PGI Piedmont hazelnut cake.

We kept for dessert, so that at the last bite you can say: “What a great idea Scoiattolo Rosso!”
And now it’s your turn: give it to someone you want to take care of.
Food is one of the truest (and best) displays of affection.

We offer the Carru box in two solutions:

  • complete with 7 products (wine, pasta, sauce, salami, saffron, hazelnut cake, roasted hazelnut 250g).
  • reduced  with 5 products without saffron and roasted hazelnut

Contains five different products:

  • a bottle 75cl of Dogliani DOCG red wine from the Ivan Gallo di Clavesana farm
  • a Piedmontese salami 350g  produced by our trusted butcher Nicola di Carrù
  • a pack of egg noodles 500g from the Allemandi pasta factory in Carrù
  • sauce jar ” ragu’ di salsiccia e Barolo ” 180 g , produced by Langhe Gourmet from Carru’
  • a package of Carrucese saffron 0.1g , grown near our hazelnut groves, from the Zafferù company
  • a pie with P.G.I Piedmont hazelnuts from the Scoiattolo Rosso farm
  • pack of roasted hazelnut 250g

We have designed it to give a smile, a cuddle during the holidays. But also to amaze, surprise with an unexpected gift a person you love or want to thank in a particular way. A tasting pack with typical Piedmontese products which, in reality, is much more. Food is one of the best displays of affection in the world.
