Here we have hazelnut groves that we take care of, according to our philosophy of sustainability and respect for the rhythms of nature.

That’s why we can guarantee our customers handcrafted, genuine, natural products with authentic aromas and flavors, like those of the past.

The fresh shelled Piedmont P.G.I. hazelnut is suitable both to be eaten naturally, and for savory or sweet pastry preparations, and to be toasted.

Piedmont P.G.I. hazelnut witout shell | Scoiattolo Rosso

Fresh shelled P.G.I. Piedmont hazelnut is a whole, round and gentle hazelnut from the Langhe (once also called three-lobed) with a protected geographical indication.

It is grown in our hazelnut groves in Carrù (CN), a town called “the gateway to the Langhe”.

On our farm with organic processing, we take care of growing it, harvesting it, processing it and selecting it, before packaging.

We follow the entire process, to give our customers a guarantee of quality and a sustainable agricultural supply chain. To give them back a healthy, genuine product.

A raw material with extraordinary organoleptic characteristics, suitable for home culinary preparations or professional pastry.

You can find it vacuum-packed in packs from 250g to 5kg.

    These are fantastic – I bought 3kg when that was an option originally, then 5kg, and this is going to be my third 5kg batch. They’re just delicious – I used to buy a lot of hazelnuts from the supermarket but they were worse, from turkey, and actually more expensive too (150g was £3.25). Now I order here every so often and it’s a real improvement.
